Bethel Apps ("we", "us", "our") builds software tools including Worship Flow and Bible 365. This policy explains what information our apps and this website collect, how it's used, and the choices you have. We build with a privacy-first philosophy: we collect the minimum necessary to make the product work, and nothing more.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on which product you use, we may collect:

• Account information — email address, if you create an account within one of our apps.
• Usage data — anonymized, aggregate analytics about how this website is used (pages visited, general region, device type), collected via Vercel Web Analytics. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
• App content — reading progress, streaks, saved presentations, or preferences you create inside our apps, stored to provide the feature you're using.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to operate, maintain, and improve our products — for example, syncing your reading streak across devices, or understanding which parts of this site are useful so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Data Storage & Security

Where our apps store data in the cloud, we use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Where possible, our apps are designed to keep your data on-device rather than in the cloud, consistent with our "architectural barriers between your personal information and the cloud" philosophy.

5. Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us (see Section 7). If an app offers an in-app account deletion option, using it will remove your associated data from our systems.

6. Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
